Marketplace scope

KayakHocam provides instructor discovery, matching and lesson requests. A request becomes confirmed only after instructor approval.

Platform acceptance is not permission to teach at every resort. Public results are limited to approved eligibility for the selected resort.

Only published package prices are shown. Card payment is not offered until a provider is configured; this release creates a cash-at-lesson request.

Cancellation terms must be communicated when a booking is confirmed. Only reviews tied to completed bookings are accepted.
